3. Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Appointment

Your first appointment is with a trained HCA who will guide you through your history and clarify your symptoms.
Friendly, relaxed conversation — no medical jargon.
This will be done online, from the comfort of your home.

4. Specialist Doctor Consultation

Meet via video call with a UK-registered doctor specialising in ADHD.
In-depth discussion about your symptoms and history.
Use recognised ADHD diagnostic tools and criteria to guide the assessment
If ADHD is diagnosed, we’ll explain your treatment options clearly and answer all your questions

5. Starting Treatment

If you choose medication, we’ll create a tailored titration plan to find the right dose for you.
Regular check-ins to make sure you’re feeling well and getting results.

6. Ongoing Care & Reviews

We’ll provide full medical reports for your GP, including for NHS shared care agreements.
Follow-up reviews every 6 months if you continue with us for prescribing.
