Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we do our best to be fair while making sure our clinics run smoothly so we can help as many people as possible.

  1. Your Initial Assessment Fee

When you book your ADHD assessment, your initial assessment fee secures dedicated time with our clinical team. This fee is non-refundable, as it allows us to plan clinics, prepare for your visit, and make sure our resources are used effectively.

  2. Further Appointments

Your fees for further clinical appointments (eg dose titration or 6-monthly reviews) will generally be refunded provided you cancel 10 days or more in advance. Refunds for late cancellations will be at the discretion of the management team.

  3. Exceptional Situations

We know unexpected things can happen. In rare cases, and entirely at the discretion of our management team, we may consider a refund if:

    • You give us enough notice, and
    • We are able to fill your appointment slot with another client.
  4. Our Final Decision

Any refund decision is final, and in most cases, the assessment fee should be considered non-refundable.

  5. Why This Policy Matters

When appointments are cancelled at short notice, valuable clinical time can go unused. This policy helps us keep our services available and accessible to everyone who needs them.
